Please read these terms carefully before using Anymorphism. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Anymorphism (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Anymorphism is an independent AI image tool that transforms uploaded logo images into Spotify-style 3D disco ball icons. The Service is provided for personal, creative, and non-commercial exploration purposes.
3. No Affiliation with Spotify
This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB. The Spotify name, brand, and trademarks belong to Spotify AB. Do not use generated assets to impersonate Spotify, imply official endorsement, or violate Spotify's brand guidelines and trademark rights.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Service for personal creative projects, fan art, portfolio exploration, mockups, and non-commercial content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform policies.
5. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service to create content that infringes intellectual property rights, impersonates Spotify or any other brand, is used for commercial deception, violates any applicable law or regulation, or is intended to mislead consumers about the origin or authenticity of products or services.
6. Your Uploads
By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that submitting it does not violate any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your uploaded content. Uploaded images are processed in memory for generation and are not stored persistently by this Service.
7. Generated Content
Generated outputs are produced by a third-party AI model. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of any generated image. Rights to generated outputs are governed by the terms of the underlying AI model provider. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms before any commercial or public use.
8. Rate Limits
To ensure fair access, each IP address is limited to 3 image generations per calendar day (UTC). This limit resets at midnight UTC. Attempts to circumvent rate limits through IP spoofing or other means are prohibited.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results that meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
