Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026
We keep it simple: we collect minimal data, we don't store your images, and we don't track you. Here's the full picture.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Anymorphism ("we", "our", or "the Service") handles information when you use our website and image generation tool. We are committed to being transparent about our minimal data practices.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the Service. This includes: (a) Uploaded images, submitted solely to process your generation request and never written to permanent storage; (b) IP addresses, recorded in memory to enforce our daily rate limit (3 generations per IP per day) and automatically discarded when the server process restarts or at the daily reset.
3. How We Use Your Information
Uploaded images are converted to base64 data URIs and forwarded to our AI model provider (APIMART) to generate the disco-ball icon. They are not stored, indexed, or used for training. IP addresses are used exclusively for rate limiting and are never shared, sold, or used for tracking.
4. Data Retention
We do not retain uploaded images after your request completes. IP-based rate limit counters are held in server memory only and reset every UTC calendar day, or whenever the server restarts. No personally identifiable information is written to disk or any database.
5. Third-Party Services
Image generation is performed by APIMART (apimart.ai), which uses GPT-Image-2 technology. Your uploaded image and a reference image are sent to APIMART's API as part of the generation request. Please review APIMART's privacy policy and terms of service at apimart.ai for details on how they handle data.
6. Cookies & Tracking
The Service does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any form of persistent client-side storage for user tracking. Standard server logs may be maintained by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Service, please contact us so we can address it promptly.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit. All API communication is conducted over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Because we do not store personal data beyond ephemeral server memory, there is no stored profile or data record to access, correct, or delete. If you have concerns about data submitted during a session, please contact us.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
11. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please reach out via the project's repository or contact details listed on the main page.
